second passport-sense

Inspired discussion of the previous post explaining what the whole idea.
Well having a second citizenship does not imply that emigration-particularly to the country of which he is a citizen! Actually, the biggest assumption in a clean life, having a second citizenship is for this to avoid state repression against its own citizens. So-if we are residents and citizens of a prosperous country that respects human freedom and provides guarantees to respect it in the future, then there is no problem and the need to have any another nationality. Only show me such a country (maybe Switzerland-but I am not sure). Poland certainly is not such a country. And it's not evidence of absence. If someone is critical of current political news viewing is easy to find them himself.
Another situation in which a second passport is not required-is if you already want to leave. There is just so much sense-just in a new place to acclimate somehow, usually has better prospects than the Poland-so you can do something or to earn some extra money and think that somehow it will. It is true-usually goes to countries that offer better prospects today-and it could quite easily be changed in the near future-and from this point of view, even (relative to earnings) is a better investment. Just
-second citizenship is an ordinary insurance. Therefore, quite a lot of effort into the quality of the passport-whether it will make it go away without a problem as we will be high time to leave?
Polish history is all too replete with examples of-order to leave in 1938 was enough common sense and appropriate dose of realism. To leave in 1944 or 1952 years is not enough. Realism, people had already more than enough, but ran out of options. For a citizen of Paraguay as it allowed the most-those who were able to show them just leaving (even the Jews in 1944! - But experienced problems, but strangely acquired passports). Who secured the win to advance freedom and even their lives. And it makes sense.
If someone wants to stay in the country with an uncertain future (and of such is practically the whole of Europe), it is simply life insurance. It is not known, or ever will be needed-but in the current unstable situation-better to have than not have it.
That's why the tag describing the possibility of a passport-who wants to can benefit from them. And the whole problem lies in the fact that, as you will need-there may already be impossible to win or simply reserved for the wealthiest (where each country will adopt without problems).
A description of the individual countries can be useful in so far falls to know where we can always be found with the citizenship - or if anyone wants to consider emigration.
While I understand that it may make a bit misleading description of the prospects for reunification of the country and the possibility of obtaining citizenship-but hey-these issues are somehow connected, and we can always expect more or less safe as we run. Although the outstanding practitioners in this field never use the documents in which the country happens to be.
So the matter is much more complex than the idea of \u200b\u200bdeparture. In fact-once again emphasize that it is more secure, especially for doing business in Third World countries, where by chance they are nationals. I predict (do not need to be here clairvoyant) increasing revenue repressive apparatus and a second passport here can be a wonderful means of saving but part of the property before the tax authorities. This is important.
Another possibility-in the possible disintegration of the Schengen area. IMO, very likely in the case defautu one of the countries of the zone. Just-like after a crash somewhere will want to leave half the population, then no one will want to admit. And that's it. Perhaps they will use to some other methods-quarantine, required vaccinations, or something equally strange, but this ever happen. Rather, always a citizen of Panama allowed to enter. Especially in Switzerland (if it will be fine mate.)
And in a sense, therefore, focused on Latin American countries-usually have no problems with visa-free travel (because poor people there can not afford the long trips, and the rich are welcome) and it is the holders of such passports have relatively little trouble with traveling.
And that was it. Other historical argument- here.
course for those interested in the details and meaning in a particular situation remains the mail.
